Brokerage and Surveyor Projects
As part of our operations, we provide the following types of brokerage and marine surveyor services:
- coordination of inspections and assessment of the vessel’s technical condition prior to purchase or charter;
- preliminary valuation;
- legal support for sale and purchase transactions, as well as vessel charter agreements;
- vessel registration under various flags and jurisdictions;
- sourcing and delivery of vessels according to the client’s specifications and requirements on a turnkey basis.
We identify a suitable vessel on the market or among our wide network of clients and partners, conclude a sale and purchase agreement, register the vessel
under the required flag, carry out necessary repairs or maintenance if needed, and deliver the vessel to the agreed location, fully ready for operation.
